This is in reference to your request for reconsideration tor
correction of your naval record pursuant to the provisions of 10 USC
1552.
a review of our files reveals that in July 2012, you petitioned the -
Board for Correction of Naval Records seeking the follewing: proper
storage entitlement, Non Temporary Storage (NTS) vice Storage in
Transit (SIT).
In February 2013, after careful consideration of your request, the
Board found insufficient evidence of an error oF injustice that would
warrant the relief you sought. Therefore, your case was denied. in
March 2013, you submitted a reconsideration request. However, you did
not provide any new or material evidence to warrant a change to your
record. In October 2013, you submitted a second reconsideration
request. However, you still did not provide any new oF material
evidence.
R three-member panel of the Board for correction of Naval Records,
sitting in executive session, considered your application on
2 June 2014. Your allegations of error and injustice were reviewed in
accordance with administrative regulations and procedures applicable
to the proceedings of this Board. DPocumentary material considered by
the Board consisted of your application, together with ali material
submitted in support thereof, your naval record and applicable
statutes, regulations and policies.
After careful and conscientious consideration of the entire record,
the Board found that you did not submit any new or material evidence
to establish the existence. of probabie material error or injustice.
accordingly, your request for reconsideration is denied. The names
and votes of the members of the panel will be furnished upon request.
It is regretted that the circumstances of your case are such that
favorable action cannot be taken.
